Description: Myrrh oil has a golden yellow or brownish color, and a rich smoky and balsamic aroma. This oil promotes awareness, relaxation, inspiration and emotional insight and is very uplifting as it was very popular among ancient cultures dating back to 1550 BC. Maintaining healthy skin is one of Myrrh oil’s renowned uses, as it prevents the signs of aging and soothes cracked, dry and chapped skin. It is also valuable aromatherapy oil that is especially used for massages and bathwater. Some of the other many benefits can be attributed to its powerful antioxidant, antifungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.
Use: Can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically. Apply to reflex points and/or directly on area of concern; Diffuse or Inhaling it, using a vaporizer or diffuser. Ingestible by diluting a drop in edible carrier oil (honey). Or put a drop or two under tongue. Not recommended for children 6 and under.
